  • Approximate geographic location (derived from IP address at the country/region level)
  • IP address (used to determine location and then retained by Microsoft per their data retention policy)
  • JavaScript errors that occur in your browser while visiting the site

This information is collected using cookies named ai_user and ai_session set by Application Insights. We use this data solely to understand how visitors use our site and to improve it.

2. Information You Provide

If you contact us via email or sign up for the FPIAM platform, you provide information such as your name, email address, and company name. That information is governed by our platform terms and is not covered by this website privacy policy.

3. How We Use Your Information

4. Third-Party Analytics — Microsoft Azure Application Insights

We use Microsoft Azure Application Insights to collect the analytics data described above. Microsoft acts as a data processor on our behalf and may only use the data to provide this service to us. Microsoft's data handling is governed by the Microsoft Data Protection Addendum and Microsoft Privacy Statement.

We use the following analytics cookies on this site:

  • ai_user — Identifies a unique user across sessions. Expires after 1 year.
  • ai_session — Identifies a browsing session. Expires after 30 minutes of inactivity.

These cookies do not contain personally identifiable information on their own and are used only for aggregate analytics. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; however, this may affect site functionality.

6. Opt-Out of Analytics Tracking

You can opt out of analytics data collection at any time. When you opt out, the Application Insights SDK will no longer send data from your browser, and the analytics cookies will be deleted from your device. Your preference is saved in your browser's local storage.

Application Insights analytics data is retained for 90 days by default in our Azure workspace. After that period it is automatically deleted.

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
